Preparing for Coaching

I require ALL new clients to complete my New Client Information Packet prior to their first session.  I also need a reasonable amount of time to review your work before we meet. 

I will send out a New Client Information Packet upon appointment request or serious inquiry.  This comprehensive preparatory document could be considered "coaching in a box", and is a crucial element to kickstart the process!

In addition to giving me an overview of where you are at this point in your life, this process has a many-fold purpose: 

1)     it gives you a real taste of the coaching process!

2)     it outlines your responsibilities as a client.

3)     it clearly lays out the business aspects of the coaching agreement (payment, cancellation, late policy, etc.)

3)     it prompts you to reflect, and

4)     it will really show you if you are willing to do the NECESSARY work!
