CERTIFIED HOLISTIC LIFE COACH

Randy has unquestionably paid his professional dues.  He is a passionate student of the human condition, and is more than qualified to use the title of “Life Coach!”  He left behind a highly stressful corporate job several years ago to embark upon a new path of self-exploration and discovery.  Following a period of life coaching as a client, he decided to become a coach in his own right, something he had been doing naturally for years.  

To gain a broader educational perspective, he completed TWO wonderful life coach training programs of differing philosophies (one through Radiant Health Institute and another through Martha Beck, Inc.)  He has had the privilege and pleasure of learning under some of the most brilliant and compassionate souls serving today in the work of human consciousness expansion.

Randy teaches a popular life coaching class for the Odyssey program at Nashville’s Room In The Inn, assisting homeless participants navigate the path back to “normal” life.  He is a Master Trainer, Speaker, and Spiritual Shift Agent.

"I did a session with Randy and I now feel like I have such a better grip on "my personal boundaries" than ever before.  I have really great personal boundaries in general but for some reason had never applied any of what I knew to my relationships with my adult children!  I was spending so much time and energy trying to be supportive-even when my very c ore was appalled at what was going on.  After talking it through, learning about a tool called "the body compass" and more profoundly just being asked "what would it look like if you weren't supportive when the topic was offensive"...I really stopped for a second to think it through.  I spent so much time trying to find my center and be Zen in the midst of huge drama that it never dawned on me that being centered, balanced, and Zen can mean that you don't take on others "junk" in the first place - that you are actually supportive of yourself!  I will be mulling this over big time!!
